What exactly is NYU looking for in its supplemental essay? The part about change-maker is a good potential topic for me, but the multifaceted nature of the question, given the short length is a bit troublesome for me.
Also, if I am mentioning a service project I have already explained in my activities section, do I need to expend precious words on exposition?

For those who applied already, how long did it take to get the portal information? Seems like NYU has taken longer than the other univs and we have not gotten the portal info.

Email just came out from NYU that said decisions could come between 12/8 and 12/15. Is anyone expecting the decision will pop in at any time during that time frame? I was
expecting 12/15 at 4 p.m. on the dot.

For those applying to stern, does the email hack work for you?
Doesn’t work + I think they patched it last year…

if you go to email and enter your netid@stern.nyu.edu and it redirects you, you got in. if not, you got rejected.

I don’t think that it is 100% foolproof and reliable - history has shown that.

If you got a request for IDOC, you got in. It was confirmed last year
