Same here, though we are not sure if it has recently changed or was always like this. Was the Fall deposit option available for you before?
My daughter applied ed2 for cas. She has same as you for the deposit. When i checked yesterday it was only spring and summer. I think it’s been updated for everyone from today.

No I only had summer deposit available. Now I have fall, summer, and spring 2024

Well, I just found out that some people were accepted without the fall option on the deposit. So, I am not sure if it’s an indicator or not at this point.
For me, I was able to see “Fall 2024” in the Bursar office section yesterday, until yesterday it was just spring & summer. Is this an indicator of some sort?
PS is if you see this can you tell what you can see? do you see Fall,Spring & summer or just Spring & Summer.
We can see Fall, Spring and Summer at Bursar and able to pay Fall 2024 deposit. Though we are not sure when it got available.
At NYU Home->NYU Life->Housing Forms, only Summer 2024 available.
same. Also I was able to login into bunch of things like NYU service portal , the It desk portal.
I just checked It desk portal and we can login as well. NYU email shows invalid email for us though.

In addition to that I’m an international who cannot afford CSS profile, I asked financial aid office for waiver they said they’re run out. I was so done that I’m not gonna get in, and then yesterday, Bam! I could see Fall 2024 in my bursar.
It’s not over until it is over 
We are US and our FAFSA application system is having delays. I wonder if it will help with ED2 applications due to the commitment & yield part. With late financial information availability, RD/Waitlist likely be more complicated this year not only for students but also for schools.

initially I could only see spring and summer in bursar office, now I see fall aswell and I can pay a reserve deposit also. however housing app shows summer ( not too worried abt this rn, as no apps usually pops up nearer to the decision date ) , is this an indicator?

I think it is promising. I am so tempted to pay for the fall deposit and call it done 
I just called the nyu office for something unrelated, they transferred me to an AO. he was a sweet guy but did not mention anything about my application in general. idk what to even make of it at this point.
Maybe you should had asked if your application was complete, might’ve got some insights then?
I did ask, he said yes ur application is upto date with nothing missing, and decisions are less than 2 weeks away now. I said yeah 15th feb, he said yes, then I said hopefully it works out, the guy said yes, best of luck
