I had upload docs until the portal completely changed, as so did a few other people I believe
that might be an indicator since it could mean they’ll reopen it if they accept/waitlist/defer you and they need documents from you.

No they would’ve said it by now
NYU is busy fixing that one indicator we missed, thats why its down. Anyways thanks to this thread i can keep my mind off the waiting game.

Maybe they just closed access to the prospective students so they can update their portal for accepted students without anyone noticing it.
I don’t think the results are coming today. Sending a rejection to an ED2 student on Valentine’s Day would be insensitive.
Home and portal have nothing to do with each other. Home is where everything is regrouped but you can access each website individually.
Nyu home isn’t an indicator and bright space has never been before. Cant imagine it would be now as it’s a place for people to sign up for classes

they won’t, they would have mailed by now.
Do they usually send an email ahead of time saying, i.e. we are going to release the decision at 4pm?
