about half the participants get internships… i’ve already interviewd for inroads and gotten past that part. They send your resume to companies and its up to those companies to see if they want you or not. So far i’ve gotten one offer, however i’ve had to decline the interview because it was too far away from my house. Overall, inroads is an alright program. I don’t regret doing it even if i don’t get an internship because its not like i spent much time on it. Hopefully i get more offers later, also they don’t discriminate against asians. All minorities are accepted, heck i even saw a white guy in my group (he was Russian).
