Next Best Alternative to McCombs

I want to know what would be the next best alternative if I dont get accepted to UT McCombs.

Which would univertisty be a better choice for undergrad acc and career/networking etc

Texas A & M
or Texas state

I want to have a plan B just in case UT McCombs rejects me when I apply for Fall 2013 and(assuming I have too many credits to do internal transfer)

Currently I am an instate student at CC with GPA if 4.0

Thank you for your help

Definitely Mays at A&M if you're looking for networking.

Texas A&M Mays or SMU Cox

Well! your 2nd choice should be to get into UT LSA or general studies and then transfer into McCombs later.

Either UTSA and maintain a high gpa there so you can CLEP into UT and get into McCombs. Or go to UT (Austin) as undeclared and get a high gpa so you can internally transfer into McCombs. You can still get in eventually with good grades, even if you don't get in the first time.
