As we all know, the AP English Literature test is coming in just two and a half weeks, and I’m personally wanting to prepare a little more. I’m confident with my writing abilities, I’m just paranoid that I’ll run into an essay prompt that asks for examples on books I haven’t yet read. Cutting to the chase, which books would you guys/girls recommend me read in the next two weeks?

During this year, I’ve read:
Coming Through Slaughter
King Lear
Heart of Darkness
Things Fall Apart
The Great Gatsby
To Kill a Mockingbird

I kind of want to begin Catch 22, but I feel there’s a shorter book out there that can highlight satire…
