<p>This looks interesting, but the tough part for HS students will be:</p>

<p>“Applicants under the age of 18 can only be placed at research sites within daily-commuting
distance from their home.”</p>

<p>There are 100 research studies listed for this year, so a student would have to find one in or near their hometown with a subject that they’re interested in. Looks like they place about 60 students (HS & college) every year, but there’s no indication of how many apply.</p>
