<p>This article reminded me of my great-grandfather who used to tell us, probably close to 50 years ago, that his daily drink was for medicinal purposes. Looks like he was ahead of his time. ;)</p>
<p>My dad is as sharp as a tack at age 87 and has never missed his evening martini. Between that and his fondness for dark chocolate, he should live another 30 years, at least.</p>
<p>So who says there’s never any good news :)</p>
<p>Yes, this study was in the paper today…along with the study that concluded that cursing helps to lessen pain…lol.
So after the day I’ve had, I guess I’ll retire to my f&@$$ deck and sip some wine!</p>
