NJ Governor's School App

Im a junior applying to the NJ Gov School of Sciences. This question is for anyone else applying or anyone familiar with the application packet.

They ask you to list your ECs and science awards/activities, but they don’t give you adequate space. Would it be okay to just write “See attached paper” and create a chart on MS Word that details those things? If not, I can easily just pick and choose what to put down, but I’d just like to know.

If you don’t know either, does anyone know someone I can contact to ask? My guidance counselors are no help. Thank you

I attended the NJ Gov School of International Studies this past summer. On my app. I listed my EC’s on a separate piece of paper, enumerating upon awards won, positions held, and hours per week etc. I also had my essays on a separate peice of paper. If need be, I’d be glad to help with your application; it’s def. worth the effort, Gov School is amazing. My best friend did sciences and I believe she did her EC’s and essays on another peice of paper as well. You might want to include in your essays how you read science books, (like A Brief History of Time - Hawking or somthing like that) and explain that you have had an inate love of science etc – don’t worry if you go over the word limit by a few, because I did.
