My parents redid the NPC for Boston University again and it came out to be 20k instead of 38k. I talked to my parents and they swore they did it correctly the first time over the summer so I’m not sure what happened there. This led me to plan on ED2 to BU because its cheaper then Rutgers according to the NPC and I really liked the campus. However I also now received an acceptance from rowan with 10.5k scholarship per year. I have multiple questions. Why did the NPC for Boston University change? None of our information has changed and other NPC’s did not change. Is the NPC reliable? And how should the Rowan scholarship change my plans?
