Njit

I knw NJIT has a BS/MD program, but does any1 knw if the MCAT is required after the third year of college is completed?

I also need to know the same thing for George Washington University and VCU.

does any1 knw?

For NJIT, it’s with New Jersey Medical School (UMDNJ). So, it requires that MCAT with a reasonable score (27+) by the end of third year.

o wait i found this site:
http://honors.njit.edu/retained/requirements_table.htm</a>
and it says:
MCAT must be taken, but no minimum score is necessary.

??? I thought it was the same as the tcnj and rutgers newark programs which require no min score?

right…
NJIT, TCNJ, Rutgers, Stevens, Boston U, and a couple others are affiliated with UMDNJ. Basically you apply to whatever schools you want, then you got to UMDNJ once for an interview if you were invited by any of the schools…If you get in, then you basically choose from the schools where you got invited for an interview as yer undergrad school…

If you check out the contract, it states that you need a reasonable score on the MCAT (which is the average). Yet, you have as many tries to get that.

im confused…so u do need a certain score??

(then y does that site say something else?)

That’s what they say, but the contract says otherwise (I trust the contract, I had to sign it…)
