<p>i didnt sign up for a cap course… i know it was optional… and i decided not to b/c i was a little worried about having my advisor as prof [what if i was doing badly in the class etc?]…
so whats done is done…
i was wondering though, do any '09ers have friends who didnt take a cap course… or perhaps didnt take a cap course themselves?
how common is it not to take one?
other than the obvious [not having the advisor as a prof], are there any major differences in the first year advising system cap v. non-cap?</p>
