No-Credit grade in 1-unit Math Tutoring class.

<p>My college has a math tutoring lab that you can go to for free help, but to get help you must sign up for a 1 unit Credit/No-Credit class (Math 202 or something). It’s not a class, but you have to log at least 12 hours in the math tutoring lab to get a grade of “Credit” in the “class.” </p>

<p>Is it worth the “No-Credit” that might show up on your transcript if you don’t complete 12 hours in this math tutoring lab?</p>

<p>You need to report the course on the UC application, but you can put a brief explanation that the credit is granted based on number of hours you show up for the tutoring. It’s not going to affect your admission evaluation.</p>

<p>Same scenario here. Got no credit for a tutoring lab but just report everything, besides it won’t hurt your GPA or chances at all :)</p>
