The school recorded the total number of service hours for all activities but not in each one! Stupid but how to move on this step?

Just estimate. The school wants to know how you spent your time in general. What are the activities that commanded the most time and energy. How did you apportion your time and energy. They don’t need the exact number. Just average over the time period.
Seriously no idea, we just participated without calculating anytime. But I spent most time in Student Government as I’m class chairman like 5 hours a week while the clubs are only 2-3 hrs. I have a certificate indicating that “total number of activity service hours is 21”… but also no idea how they even calculated it or whats the breakdown of these hours for activities I participated! That’s weird I know.
Will they ask for certificates of the numbers I provide? What’s an average good number for participation?

if the school estimated total amount spent across all activities and you overestimate the time spent, the total time spent as per your calculations will not match those verifiable by contacting the school. which will not be good for you…
If you know you have 21 documented hours, you should make sure that your total hours is equal to this. Really just estimate and don’t be overly generous – you don’t want to risk being rescinded or rejected.
