No idea what major to choose

I am a teen mom, i went to college at 16 and i had to quit in my second semester of general studies because i got pregnant. but now im going back in the fall, and i dont know what to take… i kinda wanna do medical office terminology or nursing or something… but i kinda want accounting too… im soo confused… any ideas? something that i can take at least half online and be able to juggle while taking care of the baby too.?

You might take one of the courses offered that focuses on career choices; many colleges offer a one credit class that will give you some ideas about what is available and what you might like. You will have to take English and probably some math and perhaps you can take a general science that would apply to anything medical–like biology–while you are exploring.

What MD mom said, pretty much. Unless if you’ve done so already, you’ll have to take some english/math classes. Those one unit career search classes are helpful as well. take some general ed online and take the career search type class. That way you’ll have an idea that could help you with choosing classes in the future. Also, another good idea would be meeting with counselors periodically throughout the semester/school year.
