I live within an hour of campus-starting to get a little fidgety since most people I know already received them
At what point do I get concerned?

Never. Interviews have absolutely no connection to the strength of your application. If you are not offered one it has zero bearing on your chances of admission. Just keep an eye on your junk folder in case an offer to interview is redirected there. If it makes you feel any better, if you haven’t received an interview offer you could contact admissions just to make sure nothing is forthcoming. But again, there is no need for concern whatsoever.

I do not live right by campus, but I live in a fairly large city that I am sure has plenty of alumni
There may be many alumni in your area but it’s unlikely that a large percentage of them would be willing to conduct interviews. The process is time consuming and people have busy lives.
