<p>Apparently Yale didn’t give interviews to anyone in Louisiana (I know this because one of my friends told a counselor this morning that no one in our school that applied EA had received an interview. The counselor then called Yale this morning and spoke to them). Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I know they aren’t required, but doesn’t this seem weird to anyone else?</p>
<p>No… Yale’s kind of a slacker school when it comes to interviews. Since they have to get alums to do them, sometimes they don’t happen. We don’t have them in Albany either, I don’t think - at least, I’m not aware of an Albany Alum association, they don’t give a book award at my school! (Grrrrr.)</p>
