<p>There’s a good sample transcript at <a href=“http://www.donnayoung.org%5B/url%5D”>www.donnayoung.org</a> in the forms section. I used it, but changed it to just have semesters and not the year total, as it shows.</p>
<p>Check out books by Cafi Cohen, as well. She has great information. Her most recent book–can’t remember the name, but something about Homeschooler’s guide to college admissions–has sample transcripts in it, too, and information on making one.</p>
