no longer applying to my TAG school because of work

<p>I TAGed with UCSC because it was the only school that i met the requirments for because of math. Now that ive done more research ive realized both my spouses jobs do not transfer there. Which would mean going out there without income, and we would be loosing our health insurance that is extremely affordable through my union. Im thinking of not eveb applying there anymore. So in my UC app where it asks if I TAG/TAp with a school should i even put UCSC or leave it blank? </p>

<p>This also applies to UCD and UCB… my company doesnt have any jobs out there, its strictly socal based. Its a good job I cant give up, Ive been moving up and its something I want to keep. My spouse would also be giving up her job which was hard to find.</p>

<p>I hate the thought of not applying to these schools but idk what to do</p>

<p>Well what’s more important to you? Going to the university for an undergrad degree or staying with your job that you’ve had for awhile. I’m sure you can go to a college in SoCal. But if Berkeley was your interest…you should apply just for the heck of it. Even if you think you can’t go…you never know what might happen.</p>
