<p>FSU has exceeded our enrollment limitations and, as a result, we are only able to accept Summer and Fall 2008 applications from students transferring directly to FSU after receiving the AA degree from a Florida public community college.</p>

<p>No, this appeared as of the day after the last application deadline had passed. They are accepting no new applications, but are still considering the ones that came in ahead of the deadline. My understanding is that, for those who were not complete by the second deadline, you will need stellar credentials.</p>
