<p>For me, it seems kind of neutral. I usually answer almost every question on those tests, and it is not random guessing. the only test where I had a significant number of blanks was Physics B (I still got a 5). </p>
<p>The benefit that will come not because I can guess a few questions but because I won’t be penalized for those questions I thought I knew but didn’t get right.</p>
<p>personally I think this is a marketing plan for collegeboard to attract more people into taking the ap exams (aka giving cb more money).</p>
<p>those who originally had no confidence of acing the exams may, upon knowing that theres no guessing penalty, decide to take the test and try their luck.</p>
