what are a few colleges that would be reaches and/or my level??

What kind of school are you looking for? Does location matter? What part of the country? Big city, suburban, or rural? Size of school? Type of school? Do you want a religious affiliation? What’s your major?

Not enough information. There are THOUSANDS of colleges and U’s out there. What do you want to study? What general location interests you? Do you want a big U? or a small LAC? Do you want a big city, a small town, or a rural setting. Secular? Religious? Where do you see yourself after graduation?

You have to provide some idea of what it is you want. You give schools, then we chance you or give you others institutions similar those you are interested in but that may suit you better or be better suited to your STATS. We can’t chance you for particular schools until you come up with those schools. Then we give you your chances.

northeast (preferred)

and im planning to take the sats again. and getting a 2100 or above.
right now, im looking into lehigh but im not sure if thats my level or if I could do better

Okay. For starters, consider making a list of about six schools that begin with your local state school in New Jersey as a backup school (as long as it has a decent chemistry program), and MIT as a stretch school.

Learn a little please before you start posting

Ignore the ■■■■■■ on this board.

i already have some i am thinking of.
unc, lehigh, tufts (reach), rutgers( back up), villanova, cornell.

Lehigh and Cornell are definite reaches for you (and anyone).

Try looking at Colgate, Northeastern, Fordham. Reach: Johns Hopkins

Also, maybe run your information through here for some ideas: [College Search - College Confidential](http://www.collegeconfidential.com/college_search/)

It sounds like you have a good range of schools. Since I’m not familiar with the Northeast schools, I can’t chance you on any particular one. You have a strong GPA, so I say go for it and apply to all of them.
