no party for graduation

<p>We did the same thing for high school graduation and college graduation. A wonderful meal for the 3 of us at a very nice restaurant. She said both times that those dinners were the best part of her graduations. Good food, warm feelings and lots of talk on the past struggles and exciting future.</p>

<p>No graduation party here either. I told DD when she had a big 16th birthday party that it was the last big party and we stuck with that. She never complained. We had a nice dinner - at the restaurant of her choice.</p>

<p>There was another thread along these lines a couple weeks ago… Anyone remember the title? There were a lot of suggestions to add to this list.</p>
