No place to list taxable scholarship income?

I know when I filled out the form last year, there was a place to indicate how much of the AGI was taxable scholarship income. I have the old SAR. There it is, question 44d. This year, pulled data over from the DRT and … couldn’t find it. Went through the questions about 3 times looking for it. Did I just miss it? This should be my last FAFSA EVER, and I so wanted it to smoothly.

We had the same problem, couldn’t find it, but I had my D check carefully through the student financial information again and it was the question right after “student’s taxable earnings from need based employment”.

It’s called “student’s college grant and scholarship aid reported in AGI”

It must be reported on FAFSA question 44.d (for the student) and/or question 93.d. (for parents).

Yes, it’s still question 44d.

But I looked on last year’s SAR and the question numbers were listed before the question so I think it was easier to find. Now the question number is listed after the question in parentheses.

Looks like I’ll be making an update once the dumb thing processes. Thanks all. I saw the question about need based earnings, but really didn’t notice the one after about scholarships. And I didn’t notice the question numbers at all. I was looking for 44d because that’s what it was last year. Just didn’t see it.

@ordinarylives Were you able to find it?

Yes, thank you. Don’t know how I missed it except maybe I was looking for question 44d and the questions weren’t obviously numbered. Anyway, corrected, re-ran the DRT, and hopefully all’s right with the world now.
