<p>I received my account for NYU in my e-mail today, but when I try to sign in, I get a no-role error. It says that this is due to the fact that I typed in my username wrong, but i know for a fact that I am typing it in correctly. Any solutions?</p>
<p>Check it in a week or two. The page should update by then. That’s what the guy said when I called the ITS number.</p>
