I am planning my junior year schedule and I have filled it up with 5 APs, all of which I really want to take. However, None of them are science or math APs and the only science AP I will likely take senior year is enviro. Is this a big deal?
Do you plan to pursue a STEM major? If not, then I wouldn’t worry about it. As long as your GC is willing to state you took a rigorous HS schedule, you should be fine.
Agree. If you are looking at colleges with low acceptance rates, you want your counselor to mark you took the most rigorous courses offered at your school. Also if you wanted to go into engineering or science, you should be taking more AP’s in math and science. If not, take courses that interest you and those that you can do well in.
Intended or possible major(s) in college?
Will you have math through precalculus or higher?
Will you have all three of biology, chemistry, and physics (not necessarily AP level)?
Highly selective colleges may not expect AP level everything, but they do expect applicants to have covered all of the usual high school subject areas.
Same situation here.

Just like you, I don’t have a single STEM AP credit right now (and I attend to apply to tamu engineering).
I will be getting 3 next year but that’s about it.
@RMNiMiTz This is a link to the TAMU Common Data Set, which indicates that three science classes are required for admission:
https://dars.tamu.edu/Data-and-Reports/Student/files/CDS_2015-2016.aspx
You will want to meet with your college counselor to discuss your course schedule.
My child only did AP ES. The other six were non STEM. She did very well in acceptances. Study what interests you, it doesn’t matter if it’s STEM, unless of course, you plan to study STEM and state that on your app.

I think it’s not 3 AP science classes required.
I have
1 Semester of Biology I Honors/1 Semester of Biology I Regs
2 Semesters of Chemistry Honors
2 Semesters of Principles of Engineering
2 Semesters of Physics Honors
That’s 7 current semesters of science that I have (A&M requires 8 semesters/4 years).
I plan on doing AP Physics and AP Environmental Science so I think I have all the science needed.
