No studying?

What kind of Math II-C score should I expect if I don’t study or do minimal studying? I made 100 in PreCal class and 100 in Calculus AB-AP class. And without studying, I made a 740 on the Math section of the SAT I and a 5 on the Calculus AB AP Exam. So do I really need to study to get a score in the 700s range?

I didn’t study… I took this before pre-calc and got a 750. Its easy.

You forgot most of it, if not all of it because you are a year removed. A few weeks, or a month of slowly going over the Barron’s book should prepare you. You could go over the book in a week and still get the same knowledge, it is just a little more stressful if you forgot lots of stuff. Also, there is no calculus on the test, so it doesnt make a difference.

You most likely won’t have to study for above 700 (which is iirc about a raw score of 36/50.)

I got As in Precalc and Calc, and got 750 on the SAT I Math with little studying. I also unintentionally took the Math L2 cold turkey, but only got a 720.

It’s best to spend some time to review the subtle nuances of trig that you probably have forgotten since you finished precalc. And even if you can remember everything, a review over the topics will ensure that you will be fast enough. Remember that there’s a time limit of 60 minutes on the test…
