<p>Hi, I’m a freshman in college applying to transfer to Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism. I was actually accepted last year as a senior, but chose not to go, and now I’m returning to apply. I seem to remember that last year, I had to submit a sample of my article writing or something like that for my application. But as I’m filling out the transfer application, I don’t see anything about it. Can anyone confirm that the Northwestern supplement doesn’t require an actual article, and instead just needs the essay about why we want to go to Northwestern? Thanks!</p>
<p>I applied to Medill (as an Undergraduate) this year and there was no requirement to submit a writing sample.</p>
