They also noticed differences for white and black people in the more advantaged neighborhoods. Looking at figure 2, it looks like for neighborhoods with a disadvantage index of 0, black predicted educational attainment is higher than white predicted educational attainment, but as the disadvantage index becomes negative (i.e. the most advantaged neighborhoods), the white predicted educational attainment increases much more rapidly.
