Non-Custodial Parent Waiver

<p>So recently I was approved for a NCP waiver and had to have a 3rd party represntative write a letter for me. However, I do not believe that I will be in contact with this person (who is the only person who could write the letter) during my college time. </p>

<p>My question is:Will I have to get the NCP waived each year? Will I have to have a 3rd party representative write a letter each year? </p>

<p>You need to call the school and ask THEM. Policies very from school to school with regard to the NCP waiver.</p>
