Non-Custodial Parent??

<p>I’ve been told that along with the FAFSA and CSS profile, an NCP form has to be sent if you’re only living with one parent or only one has custody…</p>

<p>my mother has a letter from the State saying that even they cannot locate him… would this be enough???</p>

<p>No one here can tell you whether a college will accept that for a waiver. All you can do is submit that info with a NCP waiver request and see what the colleges do with it.</p>
