All my financial aid information is in except my non-custodial parent form. My father is working on his taxes, but it’ll be another week before he submits the information. What does this mean for me? Will I lose aid? Will I get my aid award too late and miss deadlines of picking a college? I’m incredibly stressed.

If you mean that your father’s information is not in your FAFSA, you should put in estimates like it says to, then update with actual numbers when you have them. And you should have done this soon after January 1 (and you must fill out FAFSA each year).
If you mean that your father’s information is not in your colleges’ separate financial aid forms, it depends on the deadline for each form. Note that some colleges have deadlines that don’t go along with the IRS.

beolin…the non-custodial parent info is NOT required on the FAFSA. The student will NEVER need to include the non-custodial parent on his/her FAFSA.

This student is likely talking about the non-custodial parent Profile. The non-custodial parent CAN submit his Profile using estimates. The student should tell the non-custodial parent to do so…using the BEST possible estimates. If he really is so close to having his taxes done, he should have ALL of the necessary numbers.
