non-matriculating student

<p>If I wanted to drop out of my current university, and but take classes for the fall, could I do this by becoming a non matriculating student for a semster and then apply again for the spring</p>

<p>I believe you could affiliate with University College at Rutgers. Not sure how that would affect applying again in the Spring.</p>
