Non-US Residents: 2010 Official Income/Asset Verification Forms

Does anyone have a link to this document?

From the Phillips Exeter website:

[quote]
Non-US residents must submit official Income/Asset Verification Forms for 2009 such as foreign tax returns or wage statements./quote

It would appear from this statement that there is no such thing as an official “Income/Asset Verification Form” - and the use of capitals in describing the form was misleading. What the schools apparently are looking for is any official form which verifies the parent’s income & assets - so it would vary from country to country.

Oh, so the PFS would do it?

Thanks so much.

SnapePotter,
Read dodgersmom’s post carefully. The school is looking for an OFFICIAL financial form to confirm what your parents list in the PFS. In the US this would be a copy of a US tax return. In another country it could be a tax return, wage statement, or other proof of income and assets.

we’ve already uploaded the wage statement. we don’t pay tax.
