<p>You can get AT&T discounts through the Cornell Store website in the technology section. Don’t go T-Mobile. You’ll get a good price but you won’t ever get signal for calls or texting. The speeds never go above Edge. As far as other carriers, there’s a store next to Rullof’s in Collegetown that advertises cheap phones and plans but I don’t know the details.</p>
