Noncustodial Parent Profile Missing

<p>I recently received a letter from Lafayette stating that they are mising my noncustodial parent profile from collegeboard. I filled the noncustodial parent profile out on Jan. 23 and collegeboard says that Lafayette was to receive the Profile on Dec 1. </p>

<p>Do I have to send the noncustodial parent profile separately or did something just not process correctly? I’m especially concerned because about 5 other schools were suppose to receive the noncustodial parent profile (haven’t heard anything from them yet).</p>

<p>Make a copy of the Profile and fax it to Lafayette – you can print it out from College Board if you did it on on line. Then ask your kid to call the other 5 schools and ask to verify whether they have received the profile – if not, you can fax them as well. It might just be one school messing up with their filing or paperwork, but you never know so it’s a good idea to check.</p>
