NonCustodial Parent Waiver

Should I include court records such as non child support payment, DWIs, etc to supplement my case?

It can’t hurt.

While they will be taken into consideration, they will not necessarily get you a non-custodial waiver.

If you have “knowledge” of the DWI’s it demonstrates that you know where the non-custodial parent is or if need be you know how he can be reached. Just because your non-custodial has a DWI, does not mean that s/he has lost their parental rights.

You should include statements from authority figures that can attest to the fact that your child has not had their father in their life. I included child support documents, but only documents that said that there had not been any contact.
