I am a NCP. Never got the email. In fact, I did the CP’s Profile with the CP (we are friendly) and not only confirmed multiple times that my email address as NCP was entered properly on the CP’s form, but there is also a separate place to enter it after the CP’s form has been submitted, which supposedly leads to another email being sent to the NCP. It simply doesn’t work. I checked main inbox, spam, waited 48-72 hours, tried entering a different email address – nothing. Ultimately I called CollegeBoard and the rep on the phone acknowledged that the email feature does not work. She walked me through the process (it is also in the below thread).
