I was adopted by a single mother. I do not know anything about my birth family. My mother has never been married so I do not have a father or other parent. Many of the colleges I am applying to require the Noncustodial PROFILE. I’m not sure how to get it waived or if I need to. Any suggestions or tips? Thanks.
talk to your GC to write a non-custodial waiver letter in which you will include a copy of your adoption papers and BC, which demonstrates you were adopted by a single parent.
