<p>Six of the schools I applied to require this form. I’m not sure if my dad can fill this thing out. He lives in a different state, is not a legal resident, isn’t very good with English, and he doesn’t have access to a computer (only a smartphone). In any case, if he does fill it out, he’ll turn it in way past the deadline. What should I do? I guess I could fill it out for him?</p>
<p>He could give you his info over the phone and you can fill in the form…all done with his permission.</p>
