noob questions for undergrad application?

<p>Do I still have to complete Forms 3 and 5 even if I applied online?</p>

<p>Do these have to be received by the deadline by USC? Or just postmarked?</p>

<p>Oh and does USC take weighted or unweighted GPA?
If it is weighted, then do I use the same GPA as the one for UC’s? (weighted minus freshmen year grades?</p>

<p>If you applied online, you completed the Academic History so you do not need to submit it again with Form 3. </p>

<p>Form 5 only needs to be submitted if you are sending a photocopy of your test scores (for rush purposes.) If you had the scores sent directly to USC, you do not have to submit Form 5. Some students submit it with a photocopy anyway just to be sure USC has the scores.</p>

<p>USC considers UNWEIGHTED GPA in relation to class schedule/strength of classes/school profile.</p>
