Has anyone tried this thing? Oprah loves it, she usually doesn’t steer me wrong - I bought the first gen kindle after seeing it on her show.
I won’t lie, both hubby and I snore. I wake myself up sometimes. If it was less than $100 I’d jump on it to try and see, but since it’s $300 I’d like to know if anyone has tried it and if it actually works.
I have never heard of this, but I would also love to know if it works! My husband is a terrible snorer and I lose a lot of sleep some nights. Sometimes, I end up moving to one of my kids’ empty bedrooms if I can’t get back to sleep, but I’d rather not have to do that in the middle of the night.
Brilliant idea. 
This would work if your spouse stops snoring when you gently tap their shoulder or back and they change their sleeping position or turn their head. It would not work if the person is such a sound sleeper that you need to blast a cannon next to them or shake their body with a hurricane force…
Nope. I would send you both to a sleep doctor for formal evaluation. What seems like “just snoring” to you could be apnea, and that is something you want dealt with.
Yes, if the snoring is constant and does not change when the person moves, definitely look into medical causes. A few annoying whistles - no, I would not be alarmed.
