@hpcsa - just read the letter. Sounds like a reasonable approach. Not a huge fan of encouraging “telling on” your classmate. I feel like his focus is more on encouraging halls to self-police so that it doesn’t get to the “official” punishment level. The same warning has been given to staff.
I appreciate his call to students to realize the importance of their actions. ND will be the first major university fully returning for the fall semester. They need to model that it can be done with certain safety steps in place. It is their chance to show the world that a compassionate, faithful approach will work.
