My son got deferred. Still hopeful though!

or those EA deferred, did NC Stateask for grades or anything else? My daughter was deferred and asked to send her grades. Itâs her first choice. Same thing happened to her cousin and he was offered Spring admit which he accepted. Does there seem to be a trend that if you get acceptance after being deferred that it is for Spring?
NC state requires mid year grades after deferral. I got deferred and it said in the letter and then showed up in the checklist. Hoping for a fall acceptance
The âhackâ folks used in the EA round seems to still work. You can guess your unity id, go to mypackportal, request to change the password. If you are âinâ it will say âyou need to set up your security questionsâ and if not, it will say âinvalid unityidâ

Itâs first initial + middle initial plus first 6 of last nameâŠ

Interesting. Using less than 6 letters I got âInvalid UnityIDâ. Using first initial, middle initial, and 6 letters of last name I got âthere is an issue with your security questionsâ and an instruction to visit the NC State help desk.
Yeah I think if you have at least 6, use 6-ours is 6 also
So the âvisit the help deskâ response is a good sign? We are trying to schedule admitted visits to a few places and itâs getting hard to manage. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks
I would imagine itâs a great sign. I actually did the pw reset all the way to login to the mypackportal.
