Are all the people that can get in out of state ?
I think maybe everyone posting on here that has gotten into the portal is out of state. This seems consistent with other decision periods talked about on CC site that out of state may get loaded in/set up before in state. With decisions likely tomorrow evening my guess is IT will be working on this over the course of today and tomorrow so lots will change during that time.

Iāve gotten as far as Duo Security (and then stopped) and got the email someone was trying to change my password. It was sent to personal email address tied to portal, and copied also to what appears to be my ā(myUnityID)@ncsu.edu email, too.The email also begins: āDear (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name.ā
I am in-state, not OOS.
Iād say youāre in! Youād have to go through the duo security to know for sure.

I am holding out for tomorrow. (I think it will be decision day tomorrow!) Something disappeared off my portal page. Not the withdraw option yet, but the section that showed the started app & submitted app dates, and decision by date. Something else may have been in that section, too, but itās gone now. I feel like that means decisions are coming soonā¦ā¦

I hate to start ābutton gateā but we are in state and deferred but have not had a withdrawal button since EA deferral ?!!
i dont see withdawal either on the portal

Yup. Daughter deferred EA also and hasnāt had a withdrawal button since then so donāt think that will be the button gate. Still has everything else since then - upload materials, app checklist, etc.
You knowā¦ā¦I think Iāve been posting in the wrong thread. I didnāt apply EA. Couldnāt get everything finalized the way I wanted so I applied RD. So I still have āthe buttonā.
Itās pretty much the only active thread so no worries!

Just weird that it hasnāt been there since EA deferral and came back today.
When they disappeared during EA, when did they disappear? The day decisions came out?

If I recall folks had the withdraw button disappear a couple of days early and it seemed they were were accepted. Mine, and others, that didnāt disappear until the day of EA results seem to be either rejected or deferred.
Having it come back bothers me bc why now? I wonder if anyone that was accepted via the hack has a withdrawal button back
No withdraw button here. Hack doesnāt work for me
