<p>What is it with the police standing 10 yards apart in the north end zone at football games? This is not all student seating; as a matter of fact, on numerous occasions we’ve bought tickets (we’re parents, BTW) low on the north/west (west of the band) zone and there have been NO students anywhere around us. The police presence here is almost intimidating. Have there been problems in the past? We just started going to games in the past year. We noticed the law enforcement presence like this anywhere else in the swamp. Is the north end a “danger zone”?</p>
<p>Have you ever heard of the hash-slinging slasher? He murdered four people during every football game in the North End Zone back in 1992. He was never caught and hence the police presence.</p>
