I was wondering if I should submit my ACT score. I have taken it once and scored a 32 composite: 33 English, 27 Math, 36 Reading, 30 Science.
I have a 4.5W / 3.94 UW.

My son got into NEU with a 1400 SAT (750 Math/650 Read) in ED1. He submitted his scores. If your school offers you access to Naviance, use that as a guide.
Either can work, but you are slightly better without a score IMO.
Since you are applying for finance and your lowest subscore is math, I would not submit. FWIW, my son got into NEU ED1 without submitting scores. GL!
