I had a missing document too, but when I called and asked the financial aid office if it was an indicator of getting in, they said that admissions and financial aid is a completely separate process (at least for Northeastern) unfortunately.

ours wasn’t a missing document, it was an additional document that was being requested from the school
It’s still separate from admissions; they work parallel, so they pretty much make financial aid packs for everyone since they don’t have the time to sit around and wait to see who is accepted to start working on them.
I’m just saying this because I got rejected from schools in the past that have reached out to me for additional and/or missing financial aid documents. There really is no obvious indicator of whether you get in or not unfortunately, at least in relation to financial aid services.

Did they give any indication on when releases might drop? Obviously they cant give a direct answer but Ik when I asked BU they hinted at it
There is a high chance some decisions will come out this Friday since they accepted a couple transfer options last week. Take this with a grain of salt though, there is no official confirmation when exactly decisions will be released.
Skimming through last years transfer thread, it looks like most people who got accepted got their decisions late May while the rest had to wait until around June 15th and it was mostly rejections. That was last year, though, so we’ll see if it’s similar this time around.

I saw the same pattern, acceptances in late May and rejection on June 15th.

I emailed fin aid about my FAFSA and they replied that a counselor was looking over my file and would reward me a financial aid letter soon. Does that mean I got in?
Oh how exciting! I would assume that means that you got in! Do you think they will release Friday?

idk because I know NEU received a lot of 1st-year applications, so they’re probably behind on transfer applications.
