To be honest I didn’t know this was happening until too late so I only saw a little pink when I went out. But oodles of pics from our area last night and today. Got any to share?

Darn I see now some pic in the pic thread - I don’t look at that thread often so didn’t know. If a mod wants to delete this feel free - or keep and it will just be a short novelty - like the lights!
Funny… I saw a bunch of Northern Light photos on FB this morn from CO, CT, elsewhere. Hubby (the photographer) and I were both surprised, had not heard about it.

This isn’t mine, but a friend’s D who lives just outside our city in southern VA. I’m so jealous. We may try to go out and see them tonight.

It’s supposed to they say. I’m hoping to try to stay awake and maybe go drive to see them. The D only lives maybe 15 min from me. Doesn’t take long.
I may do that too! I’m assuming most of the action occurs in the northern sky and my backyard trees block most of my view. I didn’t see anything last night , but got too sleepy to try very hard.
I didn’t see anything before I went to bed fairly early, but neighbors and friends had some stunning photos from here (northeast of Seattle). My Facebook feed is full of gorgeous images. Maybe tonight . . .

This is what my camera-no filters- saw. I could see the hreen and the white but did not see the pink.

My daughter lives in Portland and is going driving somewhere to see it today. She didn’t realize she could see it yesterday. Hope sje sees it today… Great Pic
Edit… She drove to the North Washington Coast.
