northrop grumman internships

does anyone know how long it usually takes for them to call you if you applied for a position, and the status is ‘Hiring Manager Review’? I literally applied to about 75 full-time and internship positions a week ago, since i desperately want to work for a defense contractor like NG, and to my surprise my status is ‘Hiring Manager Review’ for 7 of those positions. I had applied to maybe 100 NG positions previously, and only had 1 ‘Hiring Manager Review’, but never heard from them about that position

also, i’m still applying for internships at other aerospace companies. Anyone know when companies usually stop hiring interns for the summer?

No idea, they might not even call you at all. Have you seen this?
No idea when aerospace companies stop hiring, but you can bet that it’ll be soon for a beaurocratic behemoth like Northrop Grumman. Smaller companies will probably hire later, but you should really get all apps in now. Have you compiled a list of the kind of aerospace companies you want to work for and applied for their internships? If there’s a company you like without an internship listed on the website, you should email and/or find an employee on LinkedIn and beg them for an internship. Worked for me with getting an internship in the automotive industry :)
